Thai Massage

Originating in traditional Thai medicine, a clothed acupressure massage combined with passive stretching. It is carried out on the floor and has been described as “passive yoga” because some of the “postures” involve strong stretching techniques resulting in improved blood flow and enhanced range of movement for joints. Treatments are normally a minimum of two hours long.
